Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Mentoring Sessions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of 1:1 mentoring services provided by SPA STEW LLC to you. By booking a mentoring session, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal agreement.
Services Provided
Mentoring Sessions: The service consists of personalized mentoring sessions conducted via videocall focusing on career guidance and support for Spa Stew roles within the yachting industry. Each session's duration and content will be as agreed upon in advance.
Session Preparation: Clients are expected to fill out a pre-session questionnaire to guide the session's focus. This ensures that the mentoring provided is tailored to the client's specific needs.
Booking and Cancellation
Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. Availability may vary, and slots are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
Payment
Fees: The fee for each mentoring session will be provided at the time of booking. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Refunds: Refunds for cancelled sessions will be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
Confidentiality
Privacy: All information shared by clients during mentoring sessions will be kept confidential. SPA STEW LLC will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.
Use of Information: Information provided by clients may be used for the purpose of delivering personalized mentoring services and for improving the service offerings.
Limitation of Liability
SPA STEW LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the mentoring services, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any amendments, you agree to be bound by the terms as modified.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FLORIDA, US.

Each session is designed to be supportive, insightful, and completely focused on your needs.

    What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?

    Life happens, and I totally get that! If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let me know at least 12 hours in advance. This way, we can avoid any cancellation fees, and you can easily pick another time that works better for you.

    Will our conversations be kept confidential?

    Absolutely. Your privacy is incredibly important to me. Everything we discuss in our sessions stays between us. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can freely share your thoughts and concerns.

    How do I prepare for my mentoring session?

    To ensure our time together is as productive as possible, you’ll be asked to fill out a pre-session questionnaire. This will help us focus on what matters most to you, so I can provide tailored advice and support. Just bring your authentic self, and we’ll take it from there!

    How is payment handled for the sessions?

    To book your session, payment is required upfront to secure your spot. After payment, you’ll be redirected to Calendly to schedule your session, and then to a questionnaire to fill in your details. This way, we can focus solely on your career goals during our time together.
